Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Wholesale orders are otherwise final and not eligible for return.
Return Timeframe: Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@palmaris.ca with the order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Approval of Returns: Returns are subject to approval upon review of the provided evidence. Approved returns will be processed with instructions for returning the items.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Items that are returned damaged or with missing parts due to reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: In cases of defective or damaged items, exchanges are possible. The same terms as returns apply to exchanges.
Restocking Fee: In certain cases, a restocking fee of 15% may be applied.
International Returns: For international returns, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, for which the buyer is responsible.
